Dr. Amber Molnar received her MD at the University of Saskatchewan, completed her internal medicine residency training at Western University, and her Nephrology training at the University of Ottawa. She then completed a MSc in Epidemiology and research fellowship at the University of Ottawa. She is now an Assistant Professor of Medicine (Nephrology). Her research interests are in chronic kidney disease and acute kidney injury, with a focus on the use of large databases to understand clinically important associations and improve the care of patients with kidney disease. She is a member of the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences Kidney, Dialysis and Transplantation Research Group (ICES-KDT).
